Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 19, 2026.

Use responsibly

Use judyrecords MCP only for lawful, authorized purposes and within your plan, organization permissions, and any written agreement. Public-record status does not remove privacy, fairness, licensing, or professional obligations. A name match is not proof of identity.

judyrecords and judyrecords MCP are not consumer reporting agencies, and search results are not consumer reports, under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The service does not implement consumer-report accuracy, permissible-purpose, dispute, disclosure, or adverse-action procedures.

Prohibited activity

You may not use the service to:

Enforcement and reporting

judyrecords may limit, suspend, or terminate access while investigating suspected abuse and may preserve or disclose information when legally required. Where practical, judyrecords will tell you what was found and give you a chance to respond before permanent action; in urgent cases, such as threats to safety or the service, access may be suspended first. You can appeal a decision by replying to the notice. Security or abuse reports may be sent to info@judyrecords.com.

License and volume limits

Court-record content is provided under judyrecords' own terms. Keep request volume within your plan, keep the attribution and record links that come with results, do not share credentials across organizations, and do not store or republish full record contents. Features that would enable caching, bulk export, redistribution, or derived datasets remain disabled unless separately approved in writing.
