Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026.
1. Scope and contact
This policy describes how judyrecords handles information for judyrecords MCP. judyrecords is responsible for this information. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@judyrecords.com.
2. Information handled
- Account and organization information, such as name, email, membership, and role.
- Subscription, invoice, payment-status, and plan information. Payment-card details are collected by a hosted payment processor rather than this application.
- Structured court-record search fields. Retained queries are envelope-encrypted, tenant-scoped, time-limited, and access-audited.
- Minimal result metadata for a completed search: case title when available, court, date, and a judyrecords record link. Complete record bodies are not retained.
- Usage and security facts, including timestamps, tool/source, result counts, plan version, billable status, safe error codes, and non-reversible fingerprints where needed. Names, dates of birth, full search text, and docket contents are excluded from usage logs.
3. Uses
Information is used to authenticate users, isolate organizations, execute requested searches, enforce plans and abuse controls, provide history, collect payment, reconcile usage, secure and operate the service, and meet legal obligations. It is not used to assert that a court record belongs to a particular natural person. judyrecords does not sell personal information. The service is not designed to furnish consumer reports or support consumer-reporting decisions. It does not verify a user's permissible purpose or provide consumer-report dispute, maximum-accuracy, disclosure, or adverse-action workflows.
4. Service providers and disclosures
judyrecords uses service providers for identity and sign-in, payment collection, cloud hosting and monitoring, and delivery of requested court-record results. They receive only the data needed for their function. Information is processed in the United States. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in a business transfer, subject to this policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Complete court-record bodies are fetched live and not stored. Encrypted search queries and their minimal result metadata are deleted 90 days after the applicable billing period. Usage, billing, security, and audit records are kept as long as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations. You can ask for your account information to be deleted; information may be kept longer where the law requires it, and deleted data is removed from backups as they expire.
6. Security and your choices
The service uses encryption, tenant isolation, bounded access, redacted logs, audit records, and server-only credentials, but no system is perfectly secure. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your information and to appeal a decision about your request. Send requests to info@judyrecords.com; judyrecords will verify your identity before acting and respond within the period the law requires.
7. Children and changes
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date and notified by email to account holders.
